Miguel Angel Aragón Audelo

He was born in Mexico City on September 29th, 1956. He studied a Law Degree at the UNAM (1977-1981), completed a Master's degree at Universidad Panamericana with specialties in Labor Law, Criminal Law and Commercial Law (1994-1997).

In 1978 he began his professional practice at Roel Abogados,  SC law firm in Labor matters, carrying out different activities until he became head of the office in the litigation and consulting areas, in which he collaborated until the year of 1983, subsequently joining the firm Villaseñor Romo Abogados, SC.

By 1985, he decided to found his own law firm called Aragón Audelo Abogados, handling all types of Labor issues, expanding the service to the collective area, working with Unions. Subsequently, other areas were integrated into the office ,criminal and civil, thus consolidating the quality of the service to its clients.

In 2006, he created a Federation of Trade Unions, which he represents, identified with the acronym of FESAM, that is integrated by various groups of workers of different sectors of the industry, having representation in all the country. One of the most important characteristic of FESAM is the autonomy, that means that it does not belong to any other unions, that is self-decision making and there is no influence by any political party, always ensuring the well-being of the workers and employers.

Actualmente, se encuentra en constante actualización y estudio, tomando diferentes diplomados y cursos en Materia Laboral, Fiscal, Amparo, Penal y Recursos Humanos, en instituciones como la Libre de Derecho, Universidad Panamericana, ITAM, Instituto de Estudios Superiores en Derecho Penal (INDEPAC), UNAM, Centro de Estudios en lo Penal Tributario, A.C., Yale School of Management, ANADE, entre otras, con la finalidad de brindar un servicio de excelencia jurídica a sus clientes. Participa como integrante de la Comisión de los Sindicatos de México en la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) en Ginebra, Suiza y en mayo de 2017 colaboró como miembro suplente de la Comisión Empleo y Trabajo Decente para la Transición a la Paz .
