After a constant effort to combat economic deprivation, labels, and beliefs, Miguel Angel Aragon Audelo, at age 28, founded his law firm at Mexico City’s downtown, being September 18th, 1985 his first day of work. The following day, a massive earthquake took place, destroying most of the city and suspending legal and economic activities, so the beginnings were very complicated.

The team starts to grow
As a consequence of honest, constant and professional work, we began to grow from our client’s referrals, arising the need to expand our areas of specialty in the firm. In 1989, Elvia Palancares López joined us, allowing us to expand our service in laboral, civil and criminal matters.

Competitive position
Based on hard work, we managed to secure a competitive position in the area of labor law, which fortunately we still maintain due to different cases of success and recognition in our trajectory.

FESAM
Then, in 2006, we were able to constitute our trade union Federation (FESAM), with representation in all the country. Fortunately it has given us many opportunities, such as: having an important representation in the labor and union ambience, providing a complete and professional service to our clients, doing a trustworthy union work, having international participation in the General Assembly of the ILO, in Geneve, Switzerland, among others.
